Thursday 10th January 2002
1. One hour possible at site due to bad weather
2. 3 Batteries found at 13.5 V
3. GPS found turned off, and restarted without a reset required
4. 3 weeks of data from January 2001 downloaded, and backed up
5. GPS receiver memory cleared and restarted
6. Power system was reconnected up and power applied to DSCC
7. DSCC would not boot up
8. Input voltage from regulator to Cannon plug tested at 15 Volts
9. Elevation mask to Northern bluff measured at only 4 degrees
10. Photos taken of site
11. DSCC removed
12. Satellite phone tested OK with call to Paul Tregoning in France
13. Anya concurrently gathered five cosmogenic samples for Derek Fabel
14. Antenna connections tested OK
